I have been remiss in not getting a review of Oscar Cortez written and submitted to as many people as possible. But now, with keyboard in hand, I write of a generous, congenial soul..... I hardly know where to begin.... Oscar is a man of his word... A dedicated agent working every day from the first introduction to handing over the keys to your new home, at any hour of the day! Oscar has ridden the Highs and Lows of what turned out to be a rather torturous 6 months of selling our home in WA State and finding and buying one here in the Treasure Valley. All while riding the waves of a of a very unsettled market. No phone call was left unanswered. There was rarely a text message or email not replied to within a very short time. A man of his word.... Having finally worked through the quagmire with Oscar making the process so much more livable... We did it!!!!! We found the house only on the day we left WA to drive here to look at some houses that would have “worked”. The house that checked ALL the boxes...Unbelievable!!! We showed it to Oscar that very morning we met and he jumped on the phone and made arrangements for us to see it ... We fell in love naturally and being the first ones see it Oscar helped us put together an offer that morning. Oscar knows after all his years in the business, which strings to pull, calls to make and paths to take to make our dream come true. Oscar will make your dream come true as well. He has checked in and stopped by numerous times to follow through on every aspect of the sale. Oscar has become a friend as well... A Treasured Lifelong Friend as opposed to being just an Agent.
